The RSS-SF6 diffusion-type infrared sulfur hexafluoride sensor is specifically designed for accurate detection of SF₆ gas. The device has selectable measurement ranges of (0~1000) μL/L or (0~1500) μL/L. The response time is less than 40 seconds, and the linear error is controlled within ±2% F.S, ensuring fast and accurate data. This sensor adopts high-end infrared light sources and pyroelectric detectors, and is equipped with a gold-plated optical path channel to achieve high precision and stability. With the temperature and pressure compensation technology, it can work stably even in harsh environments.
