Our SF6 Gas Filling Device is a compact and user-friendly solution designed specifically for the transportation of SF6 cylinders and the filling of SF6 gas into high-voltage switches. With its small footprint and easy maneuverability, this device enables a single operator to efficiently handle both cylinder transportation and gas filling tasks.
Functional Features
Equipped with a built-in lithium battery, it has the functions of transporting the cylinder, lifting it for loading, and weighing.
The cylinder can be flipped for gas filling. The liquid sulfur hexafluoride is vaporized outside the cylinder, reducing the residual gas in the cylinder.
The vaporizer only takes (5-10) minutes for preheating, with high efficiency, and it can ensure that there is no frost on the pressure-regulating output pipeline.
Our SF6 Gas Filling Device is equipped with a pressure identifier, which can set the gas filling pressure value, and it will automatically shut down when the set pressure is reached.
