The twin-tower distillation SF6 gas recovery, purification and detection device is mainly composed of a recovery system, a vacuum pumping system, a gas recharging system, a purification treatment system, a software management system and a gas quality detection system. The purified SF6 gas can meet the cyclic reuse of electrical equipment, reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and save the cost of gas consumption.
The dedicated software management system designed according to the requirements of “decentralized recovery and unified management” of the power grid can uniformly manage, store and analyze the data of the gas quality on site.
The full-function recovery, purification treatment and gas detection device is an ideal device for on-site emergency, repair and recovery, and purification treatment of SF6 gas in electrical equipment. The first electrically driven self-loading purification system，and the quality of the treated gas meets the requirements of new gas in GB/T12022-2014. The whole vehicle complies with IEC and EU standards.
